Hey I was watching VH1 or some other gay shit like that and they did a list of the top 22 MCs of all time. It was total horseshit so as I consider myself to be a hip-hop historian of sorts I went and compiled my own. I don't feel like getting into all the details of why i picked who or for what reason.
